Chris Kyriacou

I'm dedicated to supporting and developing our most important asset - our people. My mission is to ensure that OneValley continues to be a great place to work by promoting our values and culture, overseeing employee learning and development, and leading our diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging efforts.

Before OneValley I worked in international development for 15 years, volunteering in Nepal, advising governments, political groups and NGOs at the UN and across the world, and delivering livelihoods, health, education and human rights projects in the Middle East.

After a decade building and leading aspire international as its CEO, I realized that the favorite part of my job was supporting my team and helping them to do the best work of their lives.

In 2020 I joined Philanthropy University as their People Operations Manager, and in June of this year we were excited to merge with OneValley to combine our platforms and supercharge our mission to support non-profits, social impact organizations and entrepreneurs across the world.

Away from work, I'm an avid soccer player, seeker of spectacular hilltop hikes and competitive karaoke league veteran.
